FANNY RESTAURANT

Our brand new restaurant opens exclusively during the Summer season for the admirers of food and entertainment.
After listening to our guests comments and requests, together with Chef Gabriele Serra we have decided to dedicate an area of our hotel with its own garden to the lovers of gourmet and international cuisine. Without omitting traditional Sardinian flavours and variations in every dish.


DELICATE FLAVOURS

It would be a great pleasure to welcome our guests for dinner in Summer. Upon request, we would be glad to cater for private events and small groups who want to enjoy a unique and sophisticated atmosphere.

OUR CHEF

We are proud to introduce you to our chef Gabriele Serra. Gabriele’s philosophy is to combine Tradition and Innovation in the kitchen. His incessant experimentation creates new flavours accompanied by emotional aromas from the past. Ultimately he is seeking perfection in taste and look by creating an unforgettable culinary
experience in every dish.


CHEF'S TABLE

Do inquire about our Chef’s Table for your special private event. It can accommodate 8 to 30 people and it can be dressed to each guests’ desire with candles, flower arrangements and so on.
